SIX OF THE BEST… ways to stop cheating

As nerds, we usually abhor cheating when we’re part of a contest (unless the game calls for cheating as part of the play itself). We think that victories won by cheating are hollow and tainted, and we’re not alone. We don’t allow it in our games and contests, and when we do, we need to deal with the cheaters.

So here are six of the best ways to do that… and, because I’m a huge football fan, how they’d affect the NFL if they were applied to the Patriots.

About Josh Roseman

Josh Roseman (not the trombonist; the other one) has been published in -- among others -- Asimov's, Escape Pod, and Evil Girlfriend Media. He's published two short-story collections, THE CLOCKWORK RUSSIAN and BOSS FIGHT, as well as a novel, AFTER THE APOCALYPSE. When not writing, he mostly complains that he's not writing. Find him online at roseplusman.com, or on Twitter @listener42.
